Rosebud Motels is a brand new motel chain that aspires to capture America’s attention. Their mission is to renovate every abandoned motel into a small paradise. They need a targeted ad campaign to make their destinations iconic.
After conducting research on current motel standings, I found that motels are the last option people would like to use. The stigma of motels in America has become awful. Our problem will be raising the public perception of motels.
The solution for this problem is showing our audience that exploring is more than just going to the most well known places, and rather it is about using these motels to discover all new cultures. Here is how I did it:

Brainstorm
After brainstorming, my big idea was: “Revert to the old and discover the new”. I wanted to show how proper exploration looks by displaying historical adventurers and their drive for discovery.
With the big idea , I compiled a mood board filled with different historical adventurers and their feats.

Print Ads
Next I came up with two print ads exploring the big idea. The print ads should invite the reader to explore and connect everywhere they go.

Social Ads
While creating social ads, I wanted to ensure simplicity and legibility, while still maintaining the message. I used images of discovery and connection to cover the message’s two main objectives.
